After sales service is supplied through the cooperation of our company and a local distributor. The distributor is responsible for supply after sales service directly to the end user, and we are responsible for the supply of guaranteed parts, maintenance parts and technology support.
During the guarantee period, we will provide parts to the dealer, free of charge, so long as those that need to be replaced are damaged through quality errors. A more detailed explanation is as follows:
Quality Guarantee Period:
12 months, or 1500 working hours; whichever comes first
Guarantee Beginning Date:
A. The date the dealer sells the machine to the end user
B. The date should not exceed 6 months after the product arrives at the destination.
Guarantee Parts Approval
We have the approval to guarantee parts. This right can be fulfilled by our service engineer, or the dealer can supply us the needed information via fax or email to prove the reliability of the guarantee.
1. Service charges outside of China are not covered
2. Parts and freight costs outside China are not covered.
3. Service engineer maintenance support is available with a separate agreement.
